Origen Vending Machines

A complete vending machine system for FiveM. Machines, products, prices and stock are managed from an in-game admin panel and stored in the database, so nothing needs editing in Lua and nothing is lost on restart.

It was built from feedback by server owners who were tired of hardcoded vending scripts that ignored their inventory and had to be edited by hand for every change.

Vending Machine Management

Unlimited machine groups, organised by location, category or business logic.

Pre-built categories: Drinks, Snacks, Coffee and Cigarettes, with curated base-game prop catalogs ready to use.

Custom category: mix any prop from any catalog to build your own concept (themed or branded machines, special events).

Per-group catalog with its own items, prices and stock rules.

Enable or disable groups, machines and items individually without losing data.

Everything is persistent: groups, machines, props and items live in the database.

In-Game Placement

Real-time placement mode: pick the prop, position it freely in the world and confirm.

Reposition existing machines without deleting them.

Teleport to any registered machine for inspection or maintenance.

Per-machine name and ID for logs and admin actions.

Configurable render distance: props spawn and despawn based on player proximity.

Small interaction radius with a clean [E] prompt only when the player is close.

Invisible-point mode: use the vending props already on the map without spawning a duplicate.

Shop Interface

Vue 3 + TypeScript NUI.

Visual product catalog with search, categories, "HOT" badges and a live cart.

Real-time balance display so players know what they can afford.

Cart system: add several items, review the total and pay in one action.

Items respect per-group stock rules and update on the fly.

Configurable toast notifications (position and style).

Sound feedback for every interaction.

Admin Panel

A dedicated NUI panel gated by ACE permissions (god, admin, superadmin or any custom ACE you define).

Groups tab: create, edit, enable, disable and delete groups.

Items tab: add items per group with price, stock and inventory validation. Bulk-add straight from your server's real inventory items, so there are no typos or invented item names.

Machines tab: place, reposition, teleport, rename, enable, disable and delete.

Props tab: for custom groups, assign any prop from any category in the catalog.

Instance counts, status badges, search filters and empty states throughout.

Discord Logging

One webhook per event type, so your channels stay organised:

Group created, updated or deleted.

Item added, updated or removed.

Machine created, updated or deleted.

Each log includes the administrator's identity, the target data, Steam, Discord and license.

Languages

English and Spanish locales built in.

Extendable through JSON files to translate the whole UI.

Console messages, NUI strings and Discord logs all follow the active language.

Performance

Props spawn only when players are nearby, threads run on demand, database queries are reviewed and indexed, and client-server traffic goes through callbacks. The system is designed to handle hundreds of machines across the map with minimal resmon impact. Origen Vending Machines will keep receiving updates, with new features based on community feedback and compatibility with new frameworks and inventories as they appear.
